The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe has welcomed the sentencing of four accused aged between 31 and 35 by the Thabazimbi Regional Court for tempering and destroying of essential infrastructure. The sentencing was meted out on Friday, 31 May 2024.

Police were summoned to the scene and opened a case of tampering and destroying essential infrastructure. The case was assigned to Constable Foster Mabeba of Essential Infrastructure Task Team Unit for further investigation.
