Legal experts believe Trump will not serve prison time because he has no criminal history and the crimes are considered non-violent.

Additionally, he addressed the "nasty gag order" from Merchan that allegedly prevented Trump from levying public criticism against witnesses and many others affiliated with the case. But the gag order was tested when he went on to call former fixer Michael Cohen "a sleazebag" without actually saying his name.
