The Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously decided that the NRA 'plausibly alleged' that the New York State Department of Financial Services violated the group's First Amendment rights

The Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously decided that the National Rifle Association 'plausibly alleged' that the New York State Department of Financial Services violated the group's First Amendment rights by blacklisting the group.
