NPOs take legal action against Gauteng social development department over unpaid funds

Bethany House is seeking R4.1 million owed for its child and youth care centres across the province and programmes like victim empowerment, covering the period from April to June 2024.

Epworth is claiming more than R1.9 million in outstanding payments from October to December 2022, January 2023, and November 2023.
