Exclusive - Scott Capper (30) of Cappagh Green in Finglas, West Dublin, appeared before a sitting of Dublin District Court, charged over an alleged incident at an address in North Dublin last Wednesday.

Scott Capper of Cappagh Green in Finglas, West Dublin, appeared before a sitting of Dublin District Court, charged over an alleged incident at an address in North Dublin last Wednesday.He is also accused of damaging property - namely a GHD hair dryer, an Artic Jacket, a pair of Louis Vitton Runners, a pair of UGG Runners belonging to a woman.

The offence is contrary to Section 2 of the Criminal Damage Act 1991.
