SINGAPORE — Returning to Singapore via Tuas Checkpoint? Look out for a new contactless immigration clearance system there, said the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) on Monday (April 15).

Iris, facial scanning trial for immigration clearance under way at Tuas CheckpointTravellers are not required to present their passport or thumbprints for clearance in this trial, and their identity is verified using iris and ... Bleargh. Reach msia side still have to provide passport Its taking too long.. they should just upgrade the system than the one they are using now at the counters cos office copiers are faster than our checkpoint computer scanners.. Weird where the spend money on.. Era of 'Minority Report' technology is here
