Also invited was Sara Biden, the wife of President Biden’s brother James, who was involved in Hunter Biden’s overseas business deals. An attorney for Hunter Biden filed a request on Monday, two weeks before the trial is set to get underway. A three-judge panel already rejected his request to overturn the trial judge’s rejection of several motions to dismiss the case.
