OUTSIDERS don’t need to educate Johor on how to run the state, as it has a long tradition of administration, said Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar. In what is seen as remarks targeted at Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the ruler said outsiders need not “jump aimlessly” to talk about who is in control and on how to run the state.
