THUNDER BAY — A Thunder Bay Police Service officer facing several criminal charges will have three separate trials starting in early 2025.
Dimini was charged late last year by the Ontario Provincial Police with two counts of assault, one count of breach of trust, and one count of obstruction of justice. The charges stem from a multi-year investigation by the OPP launched in 2021 at the request of the Ministry of the Attorney General to look into allegations of misconduct within the Thunder Bay Police Service.
