Expert George Xydias said material appearing to be human remains were found at a remote site near Union Spur Track.
More than 600 days later, he attended a second remote site, still in the Alpine region but a significant distance away from Buck's Camp, at a clearing in an area called Union Spur Track. They also found "partial remains of an older type wristwatch," and "at least two metal press studs or rivets", which Mr Xydias said he thought were parts of some clothing.
Defence lawyers for Mr Lynn have said the deaths were accidental and occurred following a dispute over drone footage of Mr Lynn deer hunting. The court has previously heard that following the deaths, Mr Lynn moved the bodies to a remote site, and returned several months later in November 2020 to burn the bodies.
