Farm-to-market roads worth around P350 million were turned over to the local governments of Leyte, Eastern Samar, and Southern Leyte, with total costs of P200 million, P100 million and P50 million for each province.Southern Leyte, Calbayog City, and Eastern Samar are beneficiaries of four bridge projects totaling P78.172 million.In addition, the provinces of Northern Samar, Biliran and Southern Leyte would get a total of P71 million, which would cover four irrigation facilities.
