Opinion: Liberal judges consider it a moral imperative to block every Trump border initiative. They have made the migrants’ plight worse, writes DanHenninger.

Did the chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court contribute to the deluge of migrants at the nation’s southern border? In December, John Roberts voted with the four liberal justices to sustain yet another national injunction that a district court judge imposed against the Trump administration’s revision of the asylum laws.

In retrospect, the chief justice’s decision to vote against the court’s four conservatives was a major event in the border drama. The legal blockade against immigration policy likely led to an enraged president...

seanmdav DanHenninger That’s because liberals judges are liberals ... they obey a higher calling... hence they dispense with normal democratic processes that might impede the realization of their Faith

seanmdav DanHenninger Fine. Start indicting sanctuary city officials. They will pressure their judge buddies to back off.

DanHenninger The radical leftist, jurist, politicians, and general practitioners just don’t get it; leftist concepts fall apart on the real world, they don’t work, it’s a bankrupt philosophy!

DanHenninger Agree judges should enforce laws not legislate from the bench for the democrats who lost the 2016 presidential election

caitie1877 DanHenninger socialism is the cause of of their failed government and now the socialist globalist democrat party wants us to welcome with open arms that very same kind of freedom killing ILK!! i don't fuck'n think so. especially now when that party is poised to start eating their own? NO!

seanmdav DanHenninger Judicial edicts don't end political controversy; they exacerbate them. Judges made the slavery issue worse with Dred Scott. Judges made the abortion issue worse with Roe. It will happen again w/ illegal immigration and many other matters.

DanHenninger Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. Nothing to see here move along. WSJ no longer understands money or the markets or journalism. Not even conservative. Just another newspaper that I used to know. Nothing to see here. Move along.

DanHenninger put the blame on this whole fiasco where it belongs. on realDonaldTrump.

DanHenninger realDonaldTrump has made the migrant's plight even more desperate by cutting foreign aid to Central American countries and making the impoverished population even more desperate. Because trump is a real stable genius, and smart. Really smart.

steph93065 DanHenninger Ok, judges don’t make the law, they judge the law. No moral standings needed. Just the law!

DanHenninger Just like with blacks, TheDemocrats are reducing the condition of the illegals to slavery. Let's begin to create a zone of liberty, not arrogant tyranny of political appointee lawyers. We're better than this.

DanHenninger Wait, most of those judges are Republican leaning. Just because they disagree with Trump's idiotic ideas doesn't make them liberals.

seanmdav DanHenninger Expanding the Flores agreement to include minors with their parents was the first domino causing this mess.

seanmdav DanHenninger Find out who they are where they live and send buses to their neighborhood.

DanHenninger You lost my interest at Fox News commentator.

DanHenninger Are we sure that the WSJ op-ed writers aren’t on loan from The Onion?

DanHenninger Obama's policies caused over 70,000 unaccompanied minors to flood our borders. Now democrats are encouraging women and children to apply for asylum. They are the cause of these big swings.

DanHenninger Opinion- The writing is making up a narrative to push the point that what Trump is doing is legal and just.

DanHenninger Judges apply the law - they dont get to write it

DanHenninger Obama did a better job at the border Trump is all talk

DanHenninger Open the borders, Dan.

DanHenninger Lol. These Wall Street editorials keep wildin

Opinion | The case against court-packingThe Constitution doesn't prevent Congress from court-packing. But such a move would irrevocably erode the court's legitimacy. THINK Acting as if 2020 and 2022 are a forgone conclusion? Isn't that how we ended up in the current situation? THINK Politics is too tribal now. I don’t see it reversing any time soon if ever again. Court packing is the only realistic shot at balancing it now. THINK Your speaking No Doubt, of Barack Hussein O'Bummer and the NaziCrat Sedition Party stacking the Court. Of course PMSNBC is the TraitorCrat Network of Propaganda, Lies and Deceit.
