In the divorce case between a sexagenarian, Mr Muyili Oshode, and his wife, Ibidunni, the Igando Customary Court in Lagos State on Monday dissolved the 44-year marriage on the ground that the wife turned her husband into an impotent person.
“The court pronounced the marriage between Mr Muyili Oshode and Mrs Ibidunni Oshode dissolved today, both parties, henceforth, ceased to be husband and wife.The petitioner had earlier told the court that his wife was fetish. The petitioner said his wife was not taking care of him and that when he was sick, she went to stay in a church instead of attending to him.
