The News Agency of Nigeria learnt that the suspect was arrested at Umule Road/ Eberechi Street in Aba by some youths of the area.

Okon flayed the claim that people were being compelled to take the law into their hands because the police had failed to provide adequate security for lives and property.He said that the rate of violent crime in the state would have been alarming, if the command was not alive to its duty.
