Matthew Isaiah Deguast, 26, was to appear in provincial court earlier this month and failed to show. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
He is charged with four counts of breaching a court-ordered firearm ban, four counts of carrying a weapon dangerous to public peace, two counts of drug possession, two counts of careless handling of a weapon, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, and single counts of possession of a weapon with no license, unauthorized possession of a weapon, unauthorized possession of a weapon in a vehicle.
Deguast has again been released on conditions that include he reside in Glace Bay, he not possess any weapons and he refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed to him.Theodore Junior Whitty LeBlanc, 31, was charged with four counts of breaching court orders and single counts of assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, mischief and possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace.
