Ubulu-Okiti District Customary Court in Aniocha South Local Council of Delta State will tomorrow hear a suit filed by the wife of the immediate past chairman of Oshimili South Local Council, Mrs Uche MaryRose Ezenyili, against her husband, Dr Obi Kelvin Ezenyili, seeking dissolution of their three-year-old marriage.
She further said through her counsel, Harry Ororho, that she had lived apart with the respondent for over two years, describing the respondent as unfriendly to live with. The respondent, Dr Ezenyili, in a cross petition, said he was opposed to dissolution of the marriage.
