The court says it does not have jurisdiction to entertain the suit.

An Ikeja Special Offences Court on Wednesday dismissed a N254 million bribery suit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission against Albert Bassey, the senator representing Akwa-Ibom North-East.
