The man accused of shooting a local attorney at a West Houston McDonald's has been arrested, according to court records. Anthony Martin Landry, 57, is charged with murder in connection with the killing of Jeffrey Limmer, 46, at a McDonald's at 8147 Katy Freeway May 4. Police were asking for help looking for the shooter Thursday.

Jeffrey Limmer, 46, 'stepped in to defend them,' before he followed the Landry outside, court documents read. After an argument, Limmer pushed Landry to the ground and walked back inside the establishment.
