[LISTEN] The People v Najib Razak [BONUS]: The trial goes on, for now

THE Federal Court today dismissed all three of Najib Razak’s appeals on interlocutory matters related to his SRC International case.

A seven-judge panel, led by Chief Justice Richard Malanjum, also ruled in favour of Attorney-General Tommy Thomas by allowing his appeal against a court order to show the appointment letter of fiat prosecutor Sulaiman Abdullah. Meanwhile, Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor was in the Kuala Lumpur sessions court facing a new corruption charge of her own, relating to the Sarawak solar hybrid project for rural schools. – April 10, 2019.
