The Southern Poverty Law Center is calling for the end of police violence against Black people in the wake of the death of Air Force airman Roger Fortson.

The SPLC is calling for a full investigation. The organization is urging to end the "horrific cycle of police violence against Black people." The president of the Okaloosa NAACP said he's glad the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Department released the body camera footage.
