The High Court has ruled that safe access zones outside abortion clinics do not breach freedom of speech.

The case was brought by two anti-abortion activists who were convicted for protesting too close to abortion clinics in Melbourne and Hobart.

Pro-life protesters have argued Tasmanian and Victorian state legislation infringes their right to political communication, but the states defended the 150-metre safe zone as 'crucial' to protecting the privacy and safety of patients and staff.

Free speech does not include nor legitimize screaming abuse at and harassing others. Bloody religious terrorists

That sounds like something from an episode from Frasier. I don’t really know this particular case, it does sound like something that unfortunately seems like a regular practice in the hospitality industry underpaying, overworking staff not paying people out properly after terminating, not paying super.... So rich and so stupid you need someone to tell you which bottle of grape juice goes with which piece of scarcely cooked meat. 🤦‍♂️
