A high-profile trial against Modack and his 14 co-accused was adjourned in the Western Cape High Court on Thursday for the State to arrange for the two officers, who are based in Durban, to testify in court.

CAPE TOWN - The State is set to subpoena two police officers who allegedly helped alleged underworld crime boss, Nafiz Modack, intimidate an asset manager for extortion.

It is the State's case, that Modack used two police officers to intimidate Mister C by arranging for him to be arrested on the third of April 2020.
