JUST IN: Court grants Sirika, daughter, son in-law N100m bail

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama, Abuja has granted bail to the immediate past Minister of Aviation, Hadi Abubakar Sirika; his daughter, Fatima and son-in-law, Jalal Sule Hamma at N100million.

Other conditions attached to the bail include that the defendants produce two sureties, who must be Nigerians, one of whom must own a property within the Abuja Municipality, with a certificate of occupancy signed personally by the Minister of the FCT.
