SINGAPORE - The Singapore Medical Council has said there is no professional misconduct on the part of a specialist whom the Court of Appeal found to be"in breach of his duty of care" to a patient.

The patient, Ms Noor Azlin Abdul Rahman, who won her case against Changi General Hospital for not detecting and treating her cancer early, had also filed complaints with the Singapore Medical Council against three doctors who treated her.
