Court convicts man on plea bargain terms

Justice Kezziah Ogbonnaya of an FCT High Court, Kubwa yesterday convicted a businessman, Sha’aban Ubale, based on the terms of a plea bargain entered into with the Economic and Financiual Crimes Commission.
