I find it ironic but troubling that a government that campaigned on the promise of transparency in governing would dismiss a caucus member who records a conversation in which a public servant was advising the politician to interfere in a criminal case for political reasons.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau went out of his way to promote gender parity, despite women not making up 50 per cent of the caucus. I hope Canadians remember what a disgrace the Liberals are during the fall election and toss them from power. I am ashamed to call myself a Canadian under Trudeau’s totally dishonest leadership.UBC not serving its staffScrolling through the numerous multi-million-dollar condo listings at UBC, I am left to wonder where the university’s “river of gold” has left its faculty and staff, not to mention its students.
