Alleged killer mushroom cook Erin Patterson will have her case fast-tracked to the Supreme Court where her barrister says she will plead not guilty to all charges.
Don Patterson, Gail Patterson, Heather Wilkinson and Ian Wilkinson were poisoned by the mushroom meal. Patterson faced court last month when it was revealed her legal team was initially fighting to have the case heard in regional Victoria and not Melbourne.The court heard Patterson had the chance to have her case shifted to Melbourne, but was willing to spend longer in custody instead, to have it remain at the local court. The Latrobe Valley court is unlikely to be able to accommodate the hearing until 2025.
