Oh come on everyone! First, going after someone's family or the person him/her self makes you no better than the killer. Secondly, EVERY accused person deserves a good legal defense. Make the cops & prosecution prove their case. Then the jury can decide.
There is no possible defense for someone walking up with a gun and executing them at point blank range! Darden must've lost his morals. Either that or he's been reduced to being a court appointed public defender.

There is a process, that involves a defense and a prosecution. The police would know more about the circumstances surrounding the arrest than we would, but it's good to have a process wherein guilt is assessed not in regards to how people feel about a situation but by evidence
