The disposition rate of cases in first and second-level courts nationwide increased to 61% in 2023, the Supreme Court announced Monday.Citing data from the Office of the Court Administrator , the High Court said that the case disposition rate for first-level courts increased from 60% in 2022 to 61% in 2023.Meanwhile, the disposition rate for second-level courts increased from 39% in 2022 to 42% in 2023.
