Fri, May 3rd 2024 at 8:23 AMHUDSON, Wis. - An elementary school teacher was arrested and is accused of "making out" with an 11-year-old student.24-year-old Madison Bergmann was charged with one count of first-degree child sexual assault of a child under age 13. Per the outlet, authorities responded to River Crest Elementary School in Hudson, Wisconsin "regarding inappropriate conduct between a current teacher and a 5th grade student.
Per CBS, citing criminal charges, Bergmann and the victim talked "almost daily," after she got the child's number during a skiing trip over winter break. According to CBS, Bergmann had joined the boy and his mother and got his phone number when he and his mother were separated at the park. The victim reportedly told authorities that he and the teacher would write notes to each other daily, with many of the letters allegedly discussing the teacher and 11-year-old student kissing each other. Per, citing charging documents, Bergmann allegedly told the teacher how much she enjoyed him touching her and "making out" together.
