Morgan Wallen's attorney will appear at his May 3 court hearing on his behalf.

who is fresh off a headlining gig at Stagecoach music festival, was scheduled to attend a court date in Nashville, Tenn., on Friday in regards to his arrest after allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a Broadway Street bar.can confirm. “The court has formally waived Morgan Wallen’s appearance on Friday, May 3 as his presence is not required to advance the case,” Robinson shared in a statement. “The Office of the District Attorney has been notified of the Appearance Waiver.

They then reportedly spoke with bar staff and witnesses, as well as reviewed security footage to confirm Wallen’s alleged action.The 30-year-old “Last Night” singer was briefly jailed and had been charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct.on his X account addressing the incident. “I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks,” he tweeted.
