Murder of Chiefs star Luke Fleurs: Suspects were told to confess by mystery messenger, court hears

Ndumiso Moswane, 26; Fernando Sive, 25; Nhlakanipho Dlamini, 21; Franky Xaba, 25; Maredi Mphahlele, 36; and Thembinkosi Hlomikhawu, 31 appeared in court on Thursday. According to the statement of investigating officer Sergeant Nare Bennedict Moloto, the message was discovered on Franky Xaba's cellphone on 9 April, when the men were arrested.

"This communication was to the effect that if the applicants get arrested, they must confess to the crime because if they do not, 'their' names will come out and they will also be arrested," Moloto said in his statement.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
