Saenzpardo, 22, Chicago, was arrested and accused of aggravated battery after repeatedly spitting on officers during an April 20 retail theft investigation at Whole Foods, 9600 Western Ave., police said.

BATTERY: A man told police he was punched in the face April 27 after exiting his parked car at Comise’s Sports Bar and Grill, 1004 W. Laraway Road. The victim/complainant said the other man, who also brandished a knife, was part of a group accusing him of parking too close to their motorcycles.ILLEGAL GUN: Dashon T.
