In December, the Grahamstown High Court handed down a judgment that found that the right to basic education, could not be extended to children in the country illegally. That ruling has was then overturned after the Constitutional Court granted applicants leave to appeal.

Such rubbish ideas when thousands of South African children are unable to attend schools. When all SA kids are at school then you can worry about migrants children, charity starts a home first.

Helping a South African is one thing but helping the world is another,

Next is grants. They will be entitled to grants.

Then we need more schools government can hardly supply books 🤔

Agree, that Kids Shouldn't-pay, for the Sins-of-their-Parents(but 'Pass'-the-bill, onto border-CONtrol-officials) .

The constitution of SA applies to all who lives in SA. Not South African by birth every have a right to get education
