Surely the protests should be at the Embassy not at the Dorchester Hotel?

Same should b done to Saudi..

Who cares?

But the Saudi overlords who really run Brunei are still cool right? And you'll keep doing business with Uganda and Tanzania... the hypocrisy and political opportunism stinks as much as the law does

Hard choice. If we cut ties, someone will replace us, and then we have no influence. Better to shame them and see if they change their minds and move away from barbarism.

Digital era the principe is not constrained he can’t constraint inadvertently the sovereignty of Brunei is at stake spirit of law the decision is always taken YKUTCZFOOKOO

Sometimes there's greater things in play.. can't be so reactionary to an individual nation's ideology. Polls suggest muslims in UK are at least 51% in favour of making homosexuality illegal. You still want to keep letting 100s of 1000s more in every year?

And Saudi Arabia?

Imagine being an LGBT serviceperson and being posted to somewhere (a so called friendly nation) they want to stone you to death

Cut ties! Support humanrights SafeAbortion LGBTIRights

I don't want my country having anything to do with a country that thinks I should be stoned to death
