EU advocate general Gerard Hogan says exit may ‘rupture’ Anglo-Irish legal ties

Highly unlikely that Ireland will be 'torn' away from common law all at once, what would it be replaced with? More likely is that we will see a gradual divergence in laws between the UK and Ireland and Irish law will continue to be influenced by he EU. CLICKBAIT
