Colby Ryan faced his own mother, Lori Vallow, in court last year and this week he faced Chad Daybell when the prosecution called him as a witness.
Ryan testified earlier this week along with several investigators and others who knew the Daybell family. The jury heard the 911 call from the day Tammy was found dead in her home in October 2019 where Chad sounded upset when telling the operator that his wife was"clearly dead.", that Tammy had foam in her lungs, but said it didn’t turn into a homicide case until after investigators started looking for Tylee and JJ. Lori's children were ultimately found buried in Chad Daybell's backyard.
