Rhona Graff, who worked 34 years for the Trump Organisation, became the second prosecution witness on Friday in Mr Trump's criminal hush money trial.

Donald Trump kept contacts in his office for both women who claim they had affairs with him and were paid to keep quiet - Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal - according to his longtime executive assistant.

"I vaguely recall hearing him say that she was one of the people that may be an interesting contestant on the show," Ms Graff testified. He is the retired CEO & Chairman of American Media, Inc. , which owned the National Enquirer supermarket tabloid and was instrumental in suppressing the McDougal and Daniels stories.

Another Dr Carson story in the Enquirer, challenging his exaggerated claim that he was offered a full scholarship to attend the US Army military academy at West Point, copied its information from an earlier Politico article.

Hush Money Trial of Former US President Donald Trump Begins in New York CityThe trial of former US president Donald Trump, accused of paying hush money, is set to start in New York City with jury selection. This is the first criminal trial of a former US leader and the first of Trump's four indictments to go to trial. The trial will also highlight the unique situation of a presidential candidate spending his days in court while campaigning at night. It is not only a trial of Trump but also a test for the US justice system as it deals with a defendant who has attacked the judge, his daughter, the district attorney, witnesses, and the allegations against him, while questioning the legitimacy of the legal structure.
