He was charged with vehicular homicide while DUI and 14 related offenses on Thursday, the first anniversary of the crash.

A Pennsylvania man was on methamphetamine and fentanyl when he caused a 2023 crash that killed his pregnant fianceé and injured another pregnant driver in Lebanon County, court documents said.

Stump was pronounced dead at the scene from “very severe” multiple blunt force trauma, court documents said. She was in the first trimester of pregnancy when she was killed. The woman and a 6-year-old boy in the truck with her were injured in the crash. A 21-month-old boy who was also in her truck was not hurt.
