Ebere, who resides at No. 127, Itire Road, Sadiku Ilasa, Lagos, is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing, to which he pleaded not guilty.

Eruada said that the defendant committed the offences with some other persons still at large, on March 29, at Mangoro area of Lagos State.“He vandalised the car where it was parked, but he was caught before he could move the items,” the prosecutor said.
