The film producer, 72, was sentenced to 23 years in prison following the landmark #MeToo trial

Film producer Harvey Weinstein had his 2020 rape conviction overturned by New York's top court on Thursday .

Weinstein is incarcerated in New York at the Mohawk Correctional Facility, about 100 miles northwest of Albany. He maintains his innocence. He contends any sexual activity was consensual.
