Court sets May 9 for DNA report.

Court bailiffs leading Ali Ahmad out of the courthouse in George Town, Penang.

Ali Ahmad, 55, was charged with murdering Surinder between 10pm and 11.45pm by the roadside of Persiaran Bayan Indah, near Bayan Lepas.Ali, who appeared in a denim shirt and pants, did not respond when the charge was read out by magistrate Umma Devi Loganathan.
