Crimo, who is accused of killing seven people and wounding dozens at the July 4, 2022 parade, is scheduled to stand trial next year on first-degree murder and dozens of other felony charges.

Rossetti also mentioned that she and the attorneys in the case had met this week to discuss some scheduling issues. Crimo is due back in court on May 29.Robert E. Police said he disguised himself as a woman to escape during the ensuing commotion. He was, however, arrested hours later and has remained in custody since.
