Hassan W Jabbie is on trial after pleading not guilty to the murder of pregnant woman Janet Dweh.A Perth man accused of killing his heavily pregnant lover with a claw hammer did so because she wouldn't abort his baby, a Perth court has been told.

Mr Usher said it was alleged Mr Jabbie murdered Ms Dweh, then unplugged the hard drive from her CCTV.Mr Jabbie's defence lawyer was due to give his opening address on Wednesday afternoon.
