Sam Rockwell, Babou Ceesay and Taraji P. Henson star in “The Best of Enemies.” By Mark Jenkins April 4 at 9:00 AM Rating:
Yes, this is another semi-historical civil rights drama about a white guy. Writer-director Robin Bissell trains the spotlight on C.P. Ellis , a gas station owner and KKK “Exalted Cyclops” who liberalizes his outlook while collaborating with African American community activist Ann Atwater in Durham, N.C., in 1971.
The actual Ellis and Atwater really did become friends, but Bissell doesn’t scrupulously follow the 1996 book and 2002 documentary that inspired him. Many of the details are fictional, although the movie is more faithful to the actual events than “Remember the Titans,” another desegregation fable set in 1971.
The two youngest white members of the group appear inclined to ditch school segregation, but perhaps one of them can be intimidated. That would leave the deciding vote to Ellis, whose ultimate decision won’t surprise the Hollywood-savvy viewer — even though the movie’s melodramatically protracted climax plays his announcement as if it’s a shocker.
СЕГОДНЯ ВСЕ ПРОШМАНДОВКИ РАЗДРОЧЕНЫ И ВОЗБУЖДЕНЫ
Why must you push the racist issue You don't want unity amongst white and colored skinned people? Your terrible..
This is like 'diversity videos' they make you watch at work. Doesn't change the fact that FoX New Stories gonna set us back to right outside of 1864 ATL reality. Look at Alabama No.2 in Football No.1 in shittiest prisons. Maybe someone should make a movie about that-reality

Racism was dead in this country until Obama and the main stream media grew into this savage mob that they have become. I moved to the country and except for taxes I don't care what you savages do to yourselves! I get better conversations with squirrels then libtards.... 🇺🇸1st ☻
Translation “True stories about how racism can be eliminated from society are boring” Not a good look
Call in the ghost of Kurosawa to tell a story from multiple POV’s.
The problem is the Academy Awards loves these type of movies so we will continue to see this nonsense. Watch Sam and Tariji both get nominated for Oscars.

How many times do we have to see this movie?
Yet another article from a left whining about racism while being racist.
Didn't Sam Rockwell do this role a couple of years ago?
And what's wrong with that? You want it to go the other way around?
