Bryan, despite the fall, appeared to be in a joking mood, making fun of the tumble and even replaying the moment on a fan's phone.Bryan's "American Idol" family even checked in with him during Sunday night's live show."What are you talking about, Ryan?" Bryan quipped back.One fan who was at the concert, Emily Nicole, told "Good Morning America" other concertgoers were throwing phones, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, water bottles and more onto the stage.
