The lawyer for a Melbourne man accused of committing an act of terrorism by setting fire to a mosque in Melbourne's north has told a jury he had nothing to do with the attack.Hatim Moukhaiber said he was not one of the men captured on CCTV entering the mosque before the fire

Mr Moukhaiber is on trial in the Supreme Court along with two other men, Ahmed Mohamed and Abdullah Chaarani.
