Two former senior executives of the National Association of General Practitioners have appeared in court charged with company law offences.

The association's former chief executive officer, 57-year-old Christopher Goodey, with an address at Graigue, Abbeyfeale, Co Limerick has also been charged with one count of fraudulent trading and two counts of failing to keep adequate accounting records.
