Pinuri ng Commission on Human Rights (CHR) ang pagsusumikap ng Quezon City Health Department na maghandog ng libreng breast cancer screening sa libu-libong residente noong nakaraang Women's Month.

Makikita sa larawan ang isinagawang libreng breast cancer screening ng Quezon City local government unit nitong Marso, Buwan ng mga Kababaihan.MANILA, Philippines — Pinuri ng Commission on Human Rights ang pagsusumikap ng Quezon City Health Department na maghandog ng libreng breast cancer screening sa libu-libong residente noong nakaraang Women's Month.

Sa ilalim ng Article XIII, Section 11 ng 1987 Constitution, sinasabi ang sumusunod patungkol sa serbisyong panlipunan: "By providing free breast cancer screening, the state respects everyone's right to early detection and timely treatment, particularly women who are more vulnerable to the disease, regardless of their financial situation."
