MUHAMMAD Shafee Abdullah’s bid to recuse retired Federal Court judge Gopal Sri Ram as the lead prosecutor in the Umno lawyer’s case will only be decided after the apex court decides on a similar case involving Najib Razak, the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled today.
